The following rules are applicable to both Ethereal and Nihilist.

Commissions are not first come first serve, in the event of multiple requests we will pick commissions that are more suited to our style and which would enjoy to work on.

We reserve the right to refuse any commission.

​

Please be prepared BEFORE contacting us and make sure you have the relevant permissions if you are using artwork references, proof of this is required.

Privacy

Privacy will be offered on base bodies that allow it. The privacy fee will be charged as a percentage of the overall mod cost depending on the complexity of the mod, starting at 30%. Mods without privacy will be posted to the CO Patreon after 1 months privacy period, at which point edits can be made to keep the commissioners version more personal.

Accessory mods which are custom fitted to a specific character (eg. piercings, horns ect) can remain private.

Tattoo commissions will remain private due to the personal nature of the mod and no privacy fee is needed. The right to reuse filler assets used to create the commission will be held by Nihilist to use at his own discretion in other work.

Ports

Gear and hair ports from other games and creators can be requested but explicit permission from the original source MUST be provided when doing so. In the case of ports from other games ALL files must be provided.

We work on Bibo+, Rue, Seraphim, Yab & TBSE.

Payments will be accepted when it gets to your commission slot and in full. Payments will be accepted by Kofi/Paypal only. 

Prices are all in British pounds so please be aware of this when converting from other currencies.

One free revision is offered with all commissions, further revisions are charged at £20 per revision.

​

Commission turn around is up to 2 months, unless stated otherwise. This does not include waitlist times.

​

In the case of purchasing tattoo artwork this is for non commercial use only, unless discussed otherwise.
